AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

As an AI/ML Engineer at DexaMinds, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. You'll work on projects across various domains, from natural language processing to computer vision, helping our clients leverage AI to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Process and analyze large datasets to extract insights
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
• Evaluate and improve model performance
• Stay current with advances in AI/ML research and technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong background in Python and data science libraries
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks
• Background in computer vision or natural language processing
• Experience with real-time prediction systems
• Contributions to research papers or open-source projects
